Analisa Pola Penggunaan Dan Kepatuhan Obat Tuberkulosis Di Salah Satu Rumah Sakit Swasta Di Kota Bandung

Abstract

Tuberculosis is one of the most common diseases in Indonesia. Tuberculosis can
cause unwanted new diseases and can spread quickly if not treated properly and thoroughly.
Many factors can cause tuberculosis ranging from economic indulgence, development,
disease burden to transmission, many factors can influence it. The purpose of this study is to
can find out patients adhered to and which patterns of drug use is most widely used for the
treatment of tuberculosis. In this study quantitative descriptive observational methods were
used. The instrument used in this study was a TB drug stock card obtained from a Pharmacy
Installation at one of the Private Hospitals in Bandung from January to April 2020. This
research was conducted at one of the Private Hospitals in Bandung from the period of
January to April 2020. According to the results of the study that 88% of patients did not
comply with the coronation. Most TB patients occur in male sex as much as 53% and
treatment that is often used is the type of TB DOTS drugs as much as 38% who use this type
of drug.
