Abstract

A company requires employees to carry out its business process activities.
Employees play a very important role in setting plans, systems, processes and
business goals. Employee performance will continue to increase if the workload
they receive is balanced with the awards they receive from the company.
PT. Bank X is a banking company whose one of division is Collection division,
handles borrowing funds from its customers. Employees in this division are
required to reach the target each month and cover losses due to customers in
arrears in installments. To meet work demands, employees work long hours or
extra time. Working conditions like this cause the employee's workload to
overload, both physical workload and mental workload. To get an overview of the workload of employees, workload analysis is carried out by determining the
factors that most influence the mental workload experienced by employees using
the Rating Scale Mental Effort (RSME) method and determining the factors that
most influence the physical workload experienced by employees using Modified
Cooper Harper (MCH) method.
From the research results, it is known that the factor that most influences mental
workload is the activity of employees or operators calling customers, while
physical workload is work activities that require operators to go outside to meet
