Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship, the influence of leadership
style, work motivation, and giving incentives to employee performance on SDMO
Development Division PT PLN (Persero) Distribution Jakarta Raya. The sample in this study
were employees of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution Jakarta Raya. The number of samples is 32
people. This study uses quantitative methods with probability sampling (random sample)
techniques, and data analysis tools using the SPSS version 2.0 program.
The results of testing hypotheses show: 1) the existence of a low relationship between
leadership styles on employee performance. 2) the existence of a moderate relationship from
work motivation to employee performance. 3) there is a strong relationship from incentives to
employee performance.
