Abstract

Aircrafts fly in various condition, as well as changing in temperature and altitude, causing
extra low
temperature reaching up to minus or below zero degree centigrade (-?C),cruising in this condition
aircraft experience icing, a condition where ice crystal grow on the surface of the aircraft skin.
This condition affects aircraft flying performance, an anti icing system is required to protect
aircrafts component. It is a system that functions to prevent the forming of ice crystals,thus a
design of hardware and software is made for anti icing electrical design on Air Foil Clark Y based
on arduino, then being tested in several cases variously, ampere measurement test is conducted five
times, with starting temperature from 9?C up to 5?C and achieved average curent is 16.85A,
duration of stable temperature decreasing is 3 seconds, resulted voltage of 10.4 volt during
