Abstract

In the swiftly advancing era of digitalization, the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS)
has emerged as a pivotal tool in enhancing financial inclusion and transactional efficiency for Small and
Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. This study delves into the dynamics of QRIS implementation,
focusing on the challenges, opportunities, and support from government initiatives and business associations.
While SMEs face obstacles like uneven technological infrastructure and a lack of digital literacy, the ongoing
government initiatives and backing from business associations showcase immense potential to address these
issues. With the right support, QRIS stands poised to revolutionize the face of SMEs in Indonesia, broadening
market access, elevating efficiency, and bolstering customer trust.
