Abstract

ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian dari penulisan Skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi, Disiplin
Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Lion Wings. Metode yang
digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif komparatif. Dalam metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik
survey, wawancara dan kuesioner. Dalam analisis statistik penulis menggunakan program SPSS (Statistical
Package For Social Sciences) versi 21.0.
Hasil pengolahan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS 21.0 Windows maka
didapatkan r = 0,709 dengan koefisien penentu sebesar 47% dan sisanya 53%. Untuk nilai regeresinya sebesar
Ŷ = 16.251 + 0.380 X₁ + 0.137 X₂ + 0.098 X₃ + € dan didapatkan t hitung sebesar 3.519 dengan ttabel = 2,018.
Hal ini menujukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kompensasi (X1), Disiplin Kerja (X2),
dan Lingkungan Kerja (X3) secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan (Y).

ABSTRACK
The purpose of research from the writing of this thesis is to determine the effect of Compensation,
Work Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Productivity at PT. Lion Wings. The method used is
descriptive comparative research. In the method of data collection using survey techniques, interviews and
questionnaires. In statistical analysis the author uses SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Sciences) version
21.0.
The result of data processing done by using program SPSS 21.0 Windows hence got r = 0,709 with
coefficient determinant equal to 47% and rest 53%. For the regresion value of Ŷ = 16.251 + 0.380 X₁ +
0.137 X₂ + 0.098 X₃ + € and obtained tcount of 3.519 with ttable = 2.018. This indicates that there is a
significant influence between Compensation (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Work Environment (X3)
simultaneously on Work Productivity (Y).
